We offer professional smart home automation services including, but not limited to, the installation of lighting control systems, security cameras, smart locks, climate control systems, and energy monitoring solutions. All services are performed in accordance with our standard installation procedures. We reserve the right to update or modify our services and prices at any time without prior notice.
4. Site Usage Terms
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You must not:
- Use the website in any way that breaches any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
- Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the website, or which, as determined by us, may harm IntelliHome or users of the website, or expose them to liability.
- Use the website to copy, store, host, transmit, send, use, publish, or distribute any material which consists of (or is linked to) any spyware, computer virus, Trojan horse, worm, keystroke logger, rootkit, or other malicious computer software.

6. Quotations and Orders
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all quotations provided by IntelliHome are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. An order is considered accepted and a contract formed only when we issue a written confirmation or commence work on the project.
Specifications for Goods and Services are those contained in our quotation. You must ensure that you have carefully reviewed the quotation and that it meets your requirements before placing an order.
7. Pricing and Payment
Prices for our Services are as listed in our quotation or as agreed at the time of booking. We reserve the right to amend prices if there are significant changes to the scope of work requested by you or due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., significant increases in supplier costs).
7.1. Deposits
For installation projects, we typically require a deposit of 30% of the total quoted price to secure the booking and order materials. This deposit is non-refundable if you cancel the project within 7 days of the scheduled installation date, as materials will have been procured.
7.2. Final Payment
Final payment is due upon successful completion of the installation and demonstration of the system to you. Payment must be made via bank transfer, credit/debit card, or another method agreed upon in writing.
Ownership of the Goods does not pass to you until we have received full payment in cleared funds.
8. Cancellation and Refunds
If you wish to cancel an order, you must notify us in writing immediately.
- If you cancel more than 14 days before the scheduled installation date, any deposit paid will be refunded in full.
- If you cancel between 7 and 14 days before the scheduled date, 50% of the deposit will be refunded.
- If you cancel less than 7 days before the scheduled date, the full deposit is forfeited.
Refunds for completed services will only be issued in the event of a material breach of contract by IntelliHome or if the Goods supplied are defective. We reserve the right to rectify any defects or service failures before issuing a refund.
9. Warranties and Liability
9.1. Manufacturer Warranties
Hardware products supplied by IntelliHome are covered by the respective manufacturer's warranty. We will assist you in making claims under these warranties, but the warranty is provided by the manufacturer, not IntelliHome.
9.2. Installation Warranty
We warrant our workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of installation. If any defect arises due to faulty workmanship during this period, we will repair the defect at no additional cost to you, provided that the defect has not been caused by misuse, unauthorized modification, or third-party interference.
9.3. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, IntelliHome shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the website or services.
Our total liability to you for all claims arising from the supply of Goods or Services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service or product in question.
10. Intellectual Property
All content included on the website, such as text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of IntelliHome or our content suppliers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, modify, copy, store, distribute, or otherwise exploit any part of the website without our prior written consent.
11. Access to the Site
We do not guarantee that the website will be error-free or that the server that makes it available is free of viruses or other harmful components. We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the website at any time without notice.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold IntelliHome, its officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, demands, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to your use of the website, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

Any disputes relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.
